I was transferred over after a customer service call with Apple. They told me that I would receive 100$ gift card if I send them 9.95$.

I agreed to give them my card number and was signed up for saveology dining and entertainment, which i have not used one since acquiring the membership. I have tried to cancel my account repeatedly and have been unable to.

They put me on hold for extended periods of time and refuse to help me cancel my account with them and telling me to keep my account repeatedly. I have never experiences such terrible customer service in my life.

Monetary Loss: $20.
